About Me

Patrick is a multi-award winning cinematographer based in Belfast & Dublin, with a portfolio that spans across recognised brands, production companies, and advertising agencies in Film, TV commercials, TV series, & Documentary.

Patrick is known for having keen eye and intuitive understanding of visual storytelling, that has resulted in creating emotionally impactful work. He also has an in-depth technical understanding of lighting and how to use light creatively to enhance the narrative, create depth, and invoke a specific emotional response from the audience. He is passionate about collaborating with directors, helping to transform their visions into impactful cinematic images.

In addition to his extensive experience across various formats, Patrick has contributed his expertise as a camera operator on high-profile productions for Netflix, AMC+, BBC, ESPN, etc, specialising in capturing unique and challenging shots with specialised camera equipment.

Patrick carries a Red Gemini 5k camera package with a set of DZOFILM Vespid Prime Lenses. He also has a 1 ton lighting van which carries enough lighting & grip equipment for most small to medium sized productions.
